Currently, BCStars has four sets of volunteers: those volunteering with the Board of Directors; those Directors volunteering with the Web hub; and those volunteering for two 2027 projects, the Linda Wallace retrospective exhibition (October 2027 - January 2028) and the early October 2027 Living Stories in Fibre conference.

If you would like to volunteer with the BCStars as a Director, to provide formative input, please join as a BCStars member (link to form) and express your interest within the form's allocated text box.

If you are already a BCStars member and would like to participate in planning for the October 2027 Living Stories in Fibre conference (info link), then please email chair@tapestrybc.ca to share your interest with the various aspects of a conference, such as publicity, registration package preparations, room setting up, workshop activity hosting, weaving demonstrations, guest speaker assistance, pack-up, and documentation/reporting.
